The Melt Shack (218 E. Calder Way) is serving up the ultimate in comfort food – Grilled Cheese! Mozzarella, Swiss, cheddar, muenster, provolone… there are so many options to choose from. Plus, who ever heard of a triple-decker grilled cheese sandwich?  Golden bread and gooey cheese combined with a variety of your favorite meats melt together with the perfect accompaniment – tomato soup for dipping!

Sauly Boy’s (124 S. Allen Street) serves up to perfection gourmet hot dogs, distinctive burgers, hand cut, double fried fries loaded with your choice of tempting toppings.  Finish it off with Stella’s smooth and creamy gelato in a variety of flavors for an impeccable end to a delicious meal. Target (201 W. Beaver Avenue) hosted a ribbon-cutting and officially opened its doors on Tuesday (10/4), becoming the first business to open its doors in the long-awaited Fraser Centre.  The mood was certainly festive with fanfare from a brass quartet outside and a live band and refreshments inside.  Bullseye was on hand to great customers, pose for selfies and give tours around the store.

H & M (118 S. Fraser Street) had scores of people lined up in anticipation of its grand opening in Fraser Centre yesterday at noon, and each of the first 200 guests received a Fashion Pass with up to $300 of store credit.  No wonder there was a line!

Art Alliance Gallery Downtown (123 S. Fraser Street) is celebrating its grand opening as part of First Friday this evening from 7-9 p.m. with the opening reception for its first show “Abstract Beginnings.”  Rather apropos, don’t you think?

And coming soon…
