Centre Region Parks and Recreation – Halloween Parade

Put on your costume and grab your family and friends and join us for the 72nd Annual Halloween Costume Parade in downtown State College. New this year: The parade forms on Burrowes Ave.between College Ave and Calder Way at 6:30 PM, with step off promptly at 7 PM. Costume judging takes place at Memorial Field. Nine different costume categories to choose from-see new categories below. Cash prizes and free treat bags provided to all from the State College Lions Foundation. The event is Free!
