Mantra Mediation represents simple, yet extremely effective way to release stress, anxiety, to unwind and bring peace of mind. A mantra is a phrase that is repeated during meditation. Sanskrit mantras are energy-based (divine) transcendental sounds. Chanting mantras is both therapeutic and healing.

Surapal Krysiak will guide us in this experience. He dedicated 40 years of his life teaching Bhakti Yoga and Mantra Meditation, both in Europe and US. His students have experienced life-changing transformations on spiritual, emotional or even physical level.
