| We are very different in our approach to apartment rentals. First, we treat our residents with kindness and respect at all times. Second, all our apartment complexes are small, quiet buildings with character and special amenities, not the "Big and Boxy" buildings containing hundreds of units. Third, all our apartments are located downtown and near campus, many of them right on College Avenue. Fourth, our rental rates are very reasonable. Fifth, all our apartments are in excellent condition because we have a maintenance staff that cares.
