Friday, March 22

Montecristo March Madness from 11:30am – 2:30pm at Your Cigar Den. Fill out a bracket and get a Montecristo cigar for a dollar!

PSU Baseball vs. Minnesota at 4pm at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.

PSU Men’s Tennis vs. Michigan at 5pm at University Park.

Contemporary Modern Dance for All Movers from 5:15 – 6:30pm at Movement Arts Studio. Open for drop-ins.

Wisecrackers Comedy Show from 7 – 8:45pm at The Basement Nightspot. Headlined by Brad Lowery and featuring Mike Stankiewicz. Emcee is Will Abeles. 21+ event. Tickets are $20.

Drag Bingo from 7 – 9pm at Webster’s Bookstore & Café. There will be 15 rounds. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for students.

Monterey Jazz Festival on Tour at 7:30pm at Eisenhower Auditorium. Tickets starting at $15.

Cabaret presented by the Penn State Thespian Society at 7:30pm at Schwab Auditorium. Tickets are $4.98 for students, $4.99 for children under 12, and $12 for community members.

Lotus Land: The American Rush Tribute Band at 8pm at the State Theatre. Tickets starting at $34.50.

Voodoo Brewery Tap Invasion all day at Federal Taphouse. Starting at 5pm, there will be brewery representatives, swag, giveaways and free glasses while supplies last!

Nightlife:

Zeno’s Roadhouse takes over the Corner Room at 9pm. Pure Cane Sugar Girls will be performing.

Shalom Show from 10 – 11pm at Webster’s Bookstore & Café.

The Abe Fromans debut at 10pm at Doggie’s Pub.

 

Saturday, March 23

CBICC Ribbon Cutting at Frutta Bowls from 9am – 12pm. Don’t miss their Grand Opening!

Live Music at Lila Yoga from 10 – 11am. Featured artist: Hops and Vines.

Reading of “To Kill a Mockingbird” from 10am – 6pm at Webster’s Bookstore & Café. Hosted by Penn State School of Theatre.

Yoga Anatomy in Practice from 9 – 10:30am at Wellness in Motion Studio. Cost is $20 and pre-registration is required.

Sunday Music and Vegan Brunch with Jim Colbert from 10am – 2pm at Webster’s Bookstore & Café. Brunch served 10am – 2pm, live music from 12 – 2pm.

Welsh Society of Central PA Tea & Presentation on Wales from 2 – 4pm at Faith United Church of Christ.

Bolshoi Ballet in Cinema: Sleeping Beauty at 3pm at the State Theatre. Tickets starting at $9.50.

Pottery Spring Fling from 3 – 6pm at The Makery. Hand-build your own flower pot!
