Chakra Crystal Workshop and Sound Bath with Jason Adams and Denise Strayer.

In this workshop, participants will learn about the healing properties of crystals and how they can affect our overall health. We will discuss chakras and how crystals can assist in stimulating and releasing energy of the subtle body system.

Learn how to cleanse, charge, and work with crystals through various techniques. We will be doing practical exercises during the workshop and each participate will be given a 9 stone chakra crystal set that they can take home.

The workshop will conclude with a sound bath on quartz crystal bowls with distant Reiki energy given by Denise Strayer. Jason Adams will have crystal jewelry available for purchase and Denise will have special offerings on private Reiki sessions at Flying Crane Reiki.

About Presenters:
Denise Strayer is a RYT 200 Lila Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master Practitioner. Her Reiki Practice, Flying Crane Reiki, offers healing sessions to clients in the State College community. Learn more at www.flyingcranereiki.com for more information. She is also a Piano and Accordion teacher with over 20 years experience in private instruction.

Jason Adams has been collecting precious stones and crystal since his childhood and grew up wanting to be a geologist. Music and art got the better part of his life graduating with a degree in music. But crystals stayed along for the ride. He is practiced in crystal energies and meditation and knowledgeable about the various uses of stones for healing and metaphysical growth. He creates jewelry and other practical art everyday use, prayer, and meditation practice.
