Join us at Free U on October 25, from 7pm-8pm as Lisa Wandel, Founder of the Women’s Adventure Club of Centre County shares tips n’ treats on; gear to get started, groups to join, where to go and how to stay safe. Women of all ages and levels of fitness are welcome! Women with outdoor experience are invited to come and share their tips.
