Happy Valley Music Fest (HVMF) is a two-day-long event filled with two stages of music on Allen Street and E Foster Avenue. This annual event features local and regional and national touring acts. This festival is a great opportunity for friends and families to reconnect while listening to great summer music and exploring the wonderful shops and taverns of Downtown State College.
