Join Downtown State College on Saturday, November 17th for a Holiday Open House! Visit your favorite shops, boutiques and restaurants on Saturday and get a jump start on your shopping list. Enjoy demonstrations, refreshments, raffles, and give-a-ways at participating businesses and show your love for Downtown State College.
Webster’s Bookstore & Cafe will be hosting vegan cooking demonstrations at the top of every hour from 11 am – 3 pm and sampling delicious vegan options to make for your holiday guests. Recipes will be available, too! Learn how to make a satisfying Lentil Pilaf that’s low sodium, beautiful sweet potato noodles, kale salad, and more! Impress your vegan loved ones with the range of dishes you offer them as you celebrate!
Stop by The Makery for their “Holiday Kick Start” Open Studio on Saturday, 11/17 from 10-2 pm. They will have several gift-able projects and the Makery Market will be stocked with all new and LOCALLY MADE art, jewelry and gifts!
