Lee Bennett Hopkins Poetry Award

| FreeJoin us as we host this year’s recipient of the Lee Bennett Hopkins Poetry Award! Nikki Grimes is a prolific children’s book author and we are proud to have many of her books in our library. Grimes will share information about writing for children and receive her award for her collection of poems titled One Last Word: Wisdom from the Harlem Renaissance.
