As part of Penn State’s Military Appreciation Week, the Military Appreciation Events Committee will host a Mindful Resilience Yoga class on Friday, November 8, 2019, from 3:30-4:30 p.m.  This event will be held at 3 Dots Downtown located at 137 E Beaver Ave, State College, PA 16801.  Wellness in Motion yoga instructors, Jessica Minelli and Toni Feret will lead the class. Mindful Resilience Yoga consists of five tools: Breath, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Guided Rest, and Gratitude.  This class is free and open to the Penn State community, veterans, and their families. Participants are welcome to bring their own mat or borrow one from Wellness in Motion.  Space is limited to 50 participants, so RSVP’s are encouraged.  To RSVP or to receive more information, please contact Renee Kotch at [email protected].
