Ted McCloskey, Daryl Branford, Rene Witzke, and Molly Countermine have been rocking the State College area for well over 25 years in various bands, but together as Ted and The Hi-Fi’s, they occupy a sonic space that is like none other. Moving freely between rock, funk, R&B, and pop, the Hi-Fi’s bring an energy and authenticity in their approach to music that leaves fans of all ages coming back for more. Between Ted’s intricate guitar work and original voice, Daryl’s tribal beats and rhythm, Rene’s bass-in-the-pocket, and Molly’s soaring voice harmonies, this band does not disappoint.
