The Downtown State College Improvement District and the Borough of State College are making your holiday season a little sweeter this year with free parking throughout downtown State College.
Visitors are able to get a FREE four hour validation for the three downtown parking garages: Fraser, Beaver and Pugh Street. These are available at all businesses that participate in the Merchant Validated Parking program.
Beginning December 17th through Christmas Day, visitors are encouraged to take advantage of free parking in all garages all day long. No validations are required — the garage gates will be open!
