Central Reservation opened their doors this August and have been serving the State College community a unique selection of seafood and fine cocktails.

Located on the corner of South Allen Street and Beaver Avenue, it’s at the heart of downtown bringing a different character to the neighborhood.

Currently, its hours of operation are:

Monday – Friday: 4pm -11pm (or later)
Saturday: 12pm-11pm (or later)
Sunday: 12pm-7pm

These are subject to change as the business adapts to the new COVID-19 regulations.

With the menu including raw bar items, appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees, Central Reservation certainly offers an authentic vibe inside, with unique decor and food. Tim Riefel, co-partner of Central Reservation, hopes the new restaurant will attract a diverse crowd saying “we felt that it was the right time to offer something a little bit more diverse, rather than simply just a lot of whiskey, and classic cocktails, we wanted to expand into more of like a tiki theme”.

With the seafood locally sourced, Central Reservation is hoping to spread the community love and create a refreshing ambiance.

Per Governor Wolf’s orders, the restaurant will only be selling alcohol to customers who buy food.

They look forward to serving the State College community for years to come!
