I strive to create a warm, safe environment for my clients so they have the opportunity to express themselves without judgment. Therapeutic goals include empowering clients to take control of their lives to improve decision-making skills and overall quality of life. I believes in exploring past history (e.g. childhood issues), as it relates to current problems or blocks. Treatment goals are always created with client input, and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
