Cental Pa Dance Workshop Presents: Mystical Creatures

See the students of the Central Pennsylvania Dance Workshop (CPDW) in “Mystical Creatures” at 7:00 PM, Sunday, April 30th, at the State Theatre in downtown State College. Join us as we take a fanciful foray into the imagination, to that murky intersection between the known and unknown, the real and unreal. Selections include a variety of ages and dance styles representing diverse thematic choices from Aliens to Zombies, Firebirds to Fairies, Goblins to Gargoyles, all explored through dance. There is sure to be much to entertain everyone. Children from the creative, preballet, ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, and tap classes will participate, along with the adult ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop, and tap classes. The Fraser Street Dancers will also premiere a new work The production was choreographed by the CPDW faculty, including Jill A. Brighton, Director, Christina Ford, Caitlin Osborne, Jamie Roth, Karen Stoner, Caitlin Truax, and Torre Viola.
