Finding the Lizards: The Department of Adventure at Purple Lizard shares their favorite places on several of their popular trail maps in the Pennsylvania Adventure Series.
Lead cartographer Michael Hermann, and Trail Guru Dave Gantz, will talk about the coolest spots they’ve found in Central Pennsylvania while making the Purple Lizard maps. These spots are often marked on the maps with a tiny purple lizard, and nothing else, which makes them fun to discover. They will also talk about some spots that are really neat and the reasons why they don’t put a lizard there.
